Our range of rams offers a wide variety, in order to satisfy several traction types (direct side ram, direct central ram, tackle type, with one or two rams, one or more pieces) and installation features (from home lifts to goods lift).
Each ram is provided with a certificated rupture valve complying with 95/16/CE Directive and adjusted with reference to the flow of the provided power unit.
Rapture valve are certificated for static pressures up to 50 bar and with specific features to solve the problems due to the combination of two rams in the sane installation.
The supply of each ram includes the pressure test documentation.
Our hydraulic power units offer:
a wide range of pump flow rate (from 7,5 l/min to 600 l/min);
single-phase models available;
maximum operating soundless;
availability of several models, especially designed for installations with reduced dimension machine rooms, machinery in cabinet, machine roomless lifts, home lift machinery.
Each power unit is supplied with: filter accessible for inspection, shut-off valve, pressure gauge, hand pump for upward movement, low hysteresis pressure switch for car overload, pre-wired electrical mains from distributor to terminals, oil thermostat, 12 V coil for emergency downward travel, buffer pads.
The supply includes the power unit test documentation, as well as installation use and maintenance manuals.
